Job Description
We are seeking a Structural/Bridge Engineering Specialist to support transportation infrastructure projects in our Charlotte, NC office. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for structural engineering and a desire to grow professionally.
Requirements
- Perform structural analysis and design in accordance with applicable building codes and project requirements.
- Prepare clear, concise, and well-organized engineering calculations and technical documentation.
- Assist in the development of construction drawings and technical details.
- Participate in project meetings and coordinate with architects and other engineering disciplines.
- Review contractor Requests for Information (RFIs) and shop drawings.
- Conduct fieldwork, including site visits and structural observations.
- Contribute to a collaborative, knowledge-sharing, and mentorship-focused work environment.
