Job Description
STV is seeking a Project Scheduler for the Construction Management Group in Los Angeles, CA. The candidate will develop and maintain program schedules, review contractor schedule submissions, and perform QA/QC on contractor schedule submittals.
Requirements
- Develops and maintains program schedules
- Reviews Contractor’s Baseline schedule submissions
- Performs QA/QC on contractor schedule submittals
- Performs Time Impact Analysis for change orders
- Conducts schedule negotiations with OAR and contractor
- Reads drawings to determine work scope
- Understands terms and conditions of the contract
- Performs Critical Path analysis and Earned Value analysis
- Walks the construction sites to check schedule progress
- Effectively communicates with Contractor regarding schedule/progress matters
- Performs Program Schedule QA/QC reviews
- Prepares reports as needed and directed by Management
