Job Description
STV is seeking a MEP Superintendent - Data Centers, Mission Critical for the Construction Management group in New Albany, OH. The position requires monitoring field variations, ensuring subcontractor compliance, and reviewing work quality control.
Requirements
- Four-year college degree with four years of formal engineering or architectural training
- Three years of building construction experience
- Knowledge of contract documents, drawings and specifications, of line and grade (survey), construction and engineering principles
- Leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing
- Computer skills and a familiarity with Microsoft office suite programs
- Basic knowledge of accounting and cost control procedures
