STV is looking for an Assistant Manager-Education for our PM/CM group in New Jersey. Key responsibilities will include organizing cross-functional activities, coordination of project work efforts for the completion of the project.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience with knowledge of k-12 an or Higher Education construction starting from $20M
- Must be capable of taking direction and assisting senior members of the team in managing projects from the procurement phase through construction close out
- Must be able to utilize Microsoft office suite of products
- Good verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Experience with BIM, P6, Procore, or E-builder a plus
- LEED, DBIA, PMP, CCM, RA, PE a plus but not required
- Formal training in project management is preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other computer skills are required
- Candidate should be able to read and review project contract documents to determine scope and deliverables
