Assistant Project Manager- Education

STV is looking for an Assistant Manager-Education for our PM/CM group in New Jersey. Key responsibilities will include organizing cross-functional activities, coordination of project work efforts for the completion of the project.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience with knowledge of k-12 an or Higher Education construction starting from $20M
• Must be capable of taking direction and assisting senior members of the team in managing projects from the procurement phase through construction close out
• Must be able to utilize Microsoft office suite of products
• Good verbal and written communication skills are essential
• Experience with BIM, P6, Procore, or E-builder a plus
• LEED, DBIA, PMP, CCM, RA, PE a plus but not required
• Formal training in project management is preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other computer skills are required
• Candidate should be able to read and review project contract documents to determine scope and deliverables
