Job Description
Studyportals is seeking a passionate and experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own and scale student nurturing, focusing on bringing students back to the platforms. This role involves the full nurturing funnel, strategic experimentation, and translating data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing automation and analytics, with a focus on driving engagement and conversion.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle/CRM/email automation with measurable results
- Proficiency with messaging & automation platforms (Customer.io, Braze, SendGrid or similar)
- Strong grasp of A/B testing, CRO methodologies, and analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau)
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
- Technical know-how of Liquid, JSON/HTML, or experience with CDPs / integration tools (Zapier, n8n)
- Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)
