Senior Scientist to Principal Scientist, in-vitro Biology

Structure Therapeutics is seeking an experienced scientist with strong biophysics experience to support in vitro pharmacology and biophysics efforts in Shanghai. Responsibilities include assay development, CRO management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• D. in pharmacology, biochemistry, biophysics, or related field (or M.S. with significant experience)
• Hands-on expertise in biochemical/biophysical assays (e.g. TR-FRET, FP, RLA)
• Experience managing CROs and ensuring data quality
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
