ETS - FOREMAN

The Foreman position is responsible for managing and assisting craft workers in performing their assigned duties under close supervision. The Foreman will perform work to maximize the quality of the Company while maintaining the specified expectations of the client and ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of managerial experience
• At least 1 year of supervisor experience in related industry
• Petrochemical/refinery experience
• Demonstrate organizational skills, problem solving, prioritizing communication, documentation, leadership, motivational and cooperative team management with critical detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and resources
