Sales Strategy & Operations Business Partner, Money Management

Stripe is seeking a Sales Strategy & Operations Business Partner to drive the productivity and effectiveness of the mid-market segment, especially the Money Management and Payments products. This role is responsible for defining go-to-market strategy, optimizing sales processes, managing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve revenue and growth. Requirements

• 7+ years of sales strategy and operations experience in a high-tech growth environment
• Strong business acumen and distinct problem solving skills
• Advanced SQL and Excel skills including experience with financial modelling
• Experience working with large data sets and creating scalable reports
• Stakeholder management experience with strong communication and influencing skills
• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
• Operational experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, venture capital, or FinTech
