Job Description
Stripe is seeking a Partner Development Manager (PDM) to join the Worldwide Alliances & Channels team. This role involves cultivating and developing partnerships with ambitious businesses, driving revenue generation, and executing global partner programs. The PDM will work closely with the Sales teams, focusing on building and maintaining a high-performing partner ecosystem to fuel Stripe’s growth in the EMEA region.
Requirements
- 8+ years of managing partnerships and/or sales for high-tech or financial services organizations
- Successful track record of developing and growing partnerships
- Professional and technical knowledge, as well as an understanding of industry trends
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Willingness to travel
