Stride is seeking a Member Experience Agent to empower self-employed workers with the tools to manage their physical and financial well-being. The role involves providing support to members, navigating the healthcare system, and quickly resolving issues related to their insurance needs, with a focus on building strong customer relationships and being an expert on the Stride experience. This is a temporary contractor position suitable for an open enrollment season.
