They are seeking a Vice President, Cloud & Hyperscale to drive customer growth and build relationships within key accounts. The role involves managing account relationships, developing programmatic leasing concepts, and ensuring efficient customer service.

Requirements

• Deep experience leasing complex data center real estate services.
• Superior ability to understand and manage complex lease agreements.
• Experience delivering turnkey and built-to-suit leases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and prepare executive reports.
