We're seeking a motivated Executive Assistant to support our Principals and practice team in Ottawa. The ideal candidate is passionate about public policy and government relations, with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Administration or equivalent
• 3 - 5 years relevant experience
• Superior verbal communication and professional writing skills
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work with and protect highly sensitive, confidential information
• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office tools
• Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task
• Excellent written and spoken English, with ability to correct grammar, spelling, and narrative flow
• Bilingualism (French) an asset
