Job Description
Strategic Risk Solutions Inc. (SRS) is seeking a strategic Business Development Executive to join their Garnet Captive division, which manages group captive programs. The role focuses on educating and delivering on captive products to insurance agencies, fostering strong client relationships, and executing business strategies. This remote position offers a dynamic environment within a growing insurance company. $90,000 - $125,000 annually based on experience with additional commissions.
Requirements
- Create and execute business strategies for expansion of existing captive programs
- Establish long-term agency relationships and ensure success with new programs
- Effectively communicate captive participation and value proposition
- Review new business submissions and develop quotes
- Deliver presentations, including formal and one-on-one sessions
- Work accurately and to the best of ability
