Job Description
St. Mary Development Corporation is seeking a Vice President, Chief Financial Officer to lead the Finance Department and drive organizational growth and compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate finance and cost accounting, and be able to lead a finance team to implement effective reporting processes and make strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
- Eight to ten years of experience in financial management
- Five years of experience in finance for a nonprofit organization
- Experience with real estate development finance, especially affordable housing development
- Proficiency in using Great Plains and Oracle Net Suite
