We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator with a strong focus on reporting, dashboards, and marketing automation to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing Salesforce and Pardot (now Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) to support sales and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration within a professional services environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) for marketing automation and campaign management.
- Ability to gather and document business requirements for Salesforce and marketing automation solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Proficiency in Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Must be able to advise and challenge requests and think critically for best practice solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience managing Products and Price Books within Salesforce.
- Skilled in creating and maintaining Flows for process automation.
- Ability to manage integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications.
- Knowledge of Case Management processes and best practices in Salesforce.
