Job Description
This Senior Consultant role within the Continuous Improvement team focuses on implementing and optimizing the software solutions for Cost and Quality Improvement. The role involves assessing client readiness, designing software solutions, implementing and training clients, and contributing to ongoing improvements. The team collaborates with various Strata Advisory Service professionals and utilizes data-driven approaches to deliver impactful results.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare consulting, healthcare finance, or a comparable role
- Demonstrated interest in providing a world class level of client service
- Understanding of financial concepts and/or clinical workflows
- Ability to efficiently analyze data to provide meaningful insights
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work effectively with limited guidance
- Lean/Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt) - a plus
