Senior Full Stack Engineer

Strada is building the operating layer for AI-driven insurance. We're a small, high-ownership team based in San Francisco, looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join us in-person at our SF office.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in full-stack web development, preferably some at startups
• Deep experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for design
• Experience with AWS or other cloud infrastructure
• Experience with PostgreSQL
• Track record of owning technically challenging, cross-functional projects
• Customer-first mindset - you're interested in talking to users, not just writing code
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
