Job Description
Medical Assistant provides support to physicians and other clinical staff, performing routine clinical and clerical work, including patient documentation, laboratory tests, and administrative duties.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- Graduate of a Medical Assistant program
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Exceptional customer service and telephone etiquette
- Ability to maintain effective and organized systems to ensure timely patient flow
- Computer and/or EMR experience
