FRONT OF THE HOUSE TEAM MEMBER

The Front-of-the-House (FOH) Team Member is responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for guests. This role emphasizes service, team collaboration, and maintaining a clean and inviting restaurant environment. The position requires adherence to Health and Sanitation standards, and proactive participation in team meetings.

Requirements

• Experience in a Fast Casual Restaurant (preferred)
• Passionate, positive and results-oriented
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Exceptional communication skills
• Able to read and speak English
• At least 16 years of age
• Able to reach, bend, stoop, lift up to 35 pounds, and lift over 35 pounds
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to hear with 100% accuracy with correction
• Able to see with 20/20 with correction
• California Food Handler and Responsible Alcohol Service certifications (must be maintained)
• Clean shoes, socks, pants, and uniform required
