Assembly Technician - Engines

Stoke is building a fully reusable vehicle, Nova, focused on space transportation and dramatically reducing launch costs. They are seeking an Assembly Technician to build and assemble Stage 1 engine hardware, leveraging previous experience to maintain a clean, efficient work area and contribute to future projects. This role demands precision, independent work, and collaboration within a fast-paced team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical or manufacturing environments
• 3+ years of experience in precision assembly of complex engine systems or similar hardware
• Detailed understanding of fittings, threads, inserts, seals, and other sub-component parts
• Assembly experience with Oxygen, Cryogenic, and FOD intolerant service components and systems
• Familiar with operating pressurized systems and proof testing flight hardware
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs. unassisted
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Able to stoop, bend, crawl, and maneuver in tight spaces
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work second shift and weekends as needed
