This is a Legal/Administrative position focused on effective telephone communication with courts and process servers, and relies heavily on attention to detail and organizational skills. They are primarily a 'call center' position.

Requirements

• Prepare and file legal documents.
• Review cases and manage court-awarded judgment debt collection processes.
• Follow up with court clerks and manage case inventories.
• Address garnishee and/or consumer inquiries.
• Communicate with courts, process servers, and defendants via phone.
• Assist in identifying and executing collection opportunities.
