Stillman Law Office

The Stillman Law Office is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Paralegal/Legal Assistant to support attorneys in civil litigation. The role involves preparing pleadings, interacting with clients, and contributing to a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. Experience in a collection law firm is required.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a team environment, and act as a team player
• Bachelor degree, Associate degree, or Paralegal and/or Legal Assistant certification, or; Comparable experience in a collection law firm or the legal department of a 3rd party collection environment, or; 2-5 years of experience with a law firm or legal department
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Attendance: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
