Requirements

Review existing inspection plans to identify errors and improvement opportunities
Support alignment of inspection skip frequencies based on supplier risk
Assist with Measurement System Analysis (MSA) in support of current projects
Design simple measurement fixtures using SolidWorks to improve repeatability
Review and update gage inventory and support calibration activities
Improve inspection equipment organization and accessibility for efficiency
Review and support optimization of Hänel-Lift equipment, including space utilization and shelf height
Apply 5S and visual management principles to organize cabinets, drawers, and frequently used equipment
