Learning Engagement Intern

We are looking for a Learning Engagement Intern to support the design and delivery of engaging online learning experiences for self-paced training programs. The role involves research, instructional design, content creation, and project management.

Requirements

• Research sales techniques and STIHL product topics
• Organize and structure online courses, curriculum, and learning paths
• Write camera-ready scripts for trainers delivering content on video
• Support video and audio editing, including b-roll and visual elements
• Participate in on-camera training sessions using prepared scripts
• Collaborate with instructional design and training teams
