Aftersales Systems Product Intern

Join our National Service team as a Computer Science Intern for an exciting summer opportunity. Gain hands-on experience supporting system improvements, product ownership activities, and cross-functional technology initiatives related to LMS and SSO platforms.

Requirements

• Collaborate with IT developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather and clarify system requirements
• Assist with drafting user stories, refining requirements, and organizing backlog items to support LMS and SSO enhancements
• Help build and maintain a user-friendly knowledge base, including how-to guides and process documentation
• Participate in agile routines such as stand-ups and planning meetings, supporting coordination and follow-up tasks
• Research system functionality and integrations, and document findings for technical and non-technical audiences
• Analyze current workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency
• Gather user feedback and help represent user needs to support better system design and experience
