Senior or Principal Loads and Aeroelastics Engineer

Stirling Dynamics is recruiting a Senior or Principal Loads and Aeroelastics Engineer to join the Structural and Fluid Dynamics team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of aircraft structural dynamics, loads and aeroelastics, and several years of proven relevant experience in industry.

Requirements

• Interact with other engineers on a technical and project level
• Manage multiple tasks/projects and deliver within agreed timescales and budgets
• Deliver engineering solutions at a consistently high standard
• Follow the working practices defined in the project Quality Plan
• Support the development of new business proposals
• Support the preparation and implementation of planning documentation
• Provide technical direction within the delegated area of responsibility
• Support the personal development of team members
