Job Description
Pellikaan is looking for a Project Coordinator to coordinate the design process from plan development to handover, monitor the balance between design, technology, costs, and planning, and ensure that all noses are pointing in the same direction.
Requirements
- HBO/WO degree in Building (or MBO with extensive relevant experience)
- At least 2 years of experience as a project coordinator or work preparer
- Strong technical insight and a sense of detail
- Communication skills to connect internally and externally
- Stress resilience, ownership, and a problem-solving attitude
- Readiness to travel to projects in the country
- Driving license B
