Requirements

• MBO work and thinking level
• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or coordinating role in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication skills and a hands-on approach
• Passion for hospitality and attention to detail
• Representative appearance
• Flexible and stress-resistant
• Social Hygiene and BHV certificates or willingness to obtain them
• Proficient in Dutch and English
• Commercial approach and some experience with budget management
