Hoekschoeman Real Estate in Amersfoort is looking for an Assistant Real Estate Agent/Commercial Support Staff. The role involves supporting the purchase process, following up on leads, and accompanying viewings. Responsibilities include following up on viewing and planning purchase talks, following up on leads from people interested in a real estate agent, accompanying viewings with or on behalf of the real estate agent, supporting the real estate agent in the daily sales and purchase process, maintaining contact with (potential) customers, and signaling commercial opportunities.

Requirements

• at least MBO/HBO work and thinking level
• at least 3 years of full-time work experience
• experience in a commercial function or at a real estate agency (or learn the real estate quickly)
• KRMT training is a great plus
• strong commercial drive and enjoy closing deals
• communicatively strong and customer-oriented
• can work independently and take responsibility
