Job Description
STERIS is seeking a Senior Engineering Project Manager to lead the design and development of capital/consumable products for customers and business needs. This role involves managing all phases of product development lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring quality, cost, and reliability. The project manager will be responsible for strategic programs with senior management visibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, etc.)
- 8+ years’ experience in programming or project management in medical device or regulated industry.
- Experience leading projects through concept to commercialization / product launch.
- Proficiency in program management tools.
- Knowledge of regulatory environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Travel up to 10%.
