Job Description
StepStone Real Estate (SRE) is seeking an Associate to join their Manager Research team and work in underwriting new investment opportunities within real estate private equity. This role will involve providing comprehensive support to clients and advisor services for discretionary accounts, including portfolio design and fund selection. The position focuses on detailed fund underwriting and team collaboration.
Requirements
- Write and compile client-ready fund investment evaluations.
- Perform critical analysis and communicate investment arguments.
- Assess and interpret marketing materials.
- Conduct interviews and gather information about target fund managers.
- Prepare market and portfolio updates.
- Source co-investments.
- Proficiency with SPI (StepStone Private Intelligence) and other firm technology.
