Product Engineer

Stepful is reimagining allied healthcare training by offering affordable, online, instructor-led, and AI-supported programs. They partner with healthcare institutions to build talent pipelines and address the shortage of allied health workers. The Product Engineer will develop and iterate on a Learning Management System, empower graduates to find jobs, and design platforms for internal workforce support. This role focuses on seamless UX, adaptive learning, and leveraging generative AI to maximize impact on students' lives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-stack engineering experience
• Experience with React, Typescript, Ruby on Rails, or PostgreSQL
• Relentlessly solve complex problems with cutting-edge technology
• Ability to learn something new every day
