Job Description
We are looking for a Helpdesk Support candidate with technical skills in PC hardware, Network troubleshooting, Windows operating systems, and applications such as Microsoft Office/Outlook products and Lotus Notes/Smart Suite. Excellent customer service skills are also required.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous computer technical support experience
