Job Description
We are seeking a VIP Account Specialist to re-engage former VIP players, increase their activity, and foster positive feedback from clients. The ideal candidate will have sales experience in online iGaming or similar services and be able to communicate with clients via phone, messenger, email, and SMS.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years as a VIP Manager/Sales/Shift experience
- Sales experience in online iGaming or similar internet services
- Ability to communicate with clients via phone, messenger, email, and SMS
- Familiarity with internet technologies and a willingness to learn quickly
- High motivation for achieving results in a competitive environment
- Online iGaming experience, SoftSwiss work is a significant plus
- Upper-intermediate English level
