This role executes and owns assigned projects while delivering an exceptional creator experience, including responding to creator inquiries, reviewing gift card compensation eligibility, and identifying opportunities for improvement from the creator perspective.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in creator support, influencer marketing, social media management, customer support, community management, or a related client-facing role
• Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
