Job Description

The Senior Consultant role involves leading international benchmarking projects, shaping methodologies, and driving project ownership. The role is highly collaborative and offers development towards leadership. You'll support client deliverables, translate insights, and collaborate with internal teams.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in consulting, healthcare strategy, or data-based project work
- Proven expertise in KPI development, performance measurement, and benchmarking logic
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience supporting pitches, RFP responses, and business development
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
