Job Description
Station A is seeking a Head of Finance to build and scale financial infrastructure, act as a strategic partner to leadership, and drive financial growth. This in-house hire will be responsible for accounting operations, investment analysis, capital allocation, and investor relations. The ideal candidate will have experience building a finance function from the ground up and demonstrate strategic thinking to navigate the complexities of scaling a company.
Requirements
- Led strategic finance and capital planning with long-term modeling.
- Drive forecasting and FP&A, building dynamic budgets with department leads.
- Translate financial data into actionable insights for product, GTM, and hiring decisions.
- Own all financial operations: accounting, AR/AP, close, revenue recognition, compliance, and advisor relationships.
- Build investor-grade reporting and communication, aligning incentives with company goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams in pricing, margin analysis, and compensation.
