Job Description
State Street is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join the Alpha Portfolio Services team as an Assistant Vice President / Vice President. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end service delivery, strengthening front-to-back controls, and partnering with global stakeholders to deliver scalable, risk-resilient outcomes. The role requires a strategic mindset, strong front-to-back understanding of investment management operations, and proven ability to lead through complexity and ambiguity.
Requirements
- 10-12+ years of experience in Asset Management Operations, Middle Office, Front Office Support, or Alpha-aligned platforms
- Strong domain expertise across one or more areas - Front Office Data Control (CRIMS / IBOR), Portfolio Control / Health, Cash & Liquidity Services and/or Account Services / Client Reporting
- Proven experience managing global teams and stakeholders
- Strong analytical capability; competence to leverage data, metrics, and trends to drive decisions
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, and operational reporting tools
- Experience leading regulatory interactions, audits, or control reviews is a strong advantage
- Graduate or Master’s degree preferred; industry certifications are a plus
