Agency Lending Collateral & Settlement, Senior Associate

We are looking for a collateral management professional to manage the collateral that State Street is lending to their customers on Equity products. The role involves daily activities such as loan and loan processing, exposure management, mark to market reconciliations, executing cash movements, and monitoring process exceptions. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of stock lending and 3rd party processes, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work as a team player and leader in a global team environment.

Requirements

• University degree in Business majoring in Accounting, Finance, or other Financial-related programs
• Overall experience of 3+ years in the finance industry, familiarity with securities operations preferable securities lending activities
• Good knowledge on Stock lending and 3rd party processes
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal planning, and analytical skills
• Deadline and detail oriented
• Demonstrated computer proficiency, including advanced knowledge of MS Excel, as well as problem solving, analytical and technical skills
