Grants & Procurement Services Manager (PM2)

Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) is seeking a Grants & Procurement Services Manager to provide professional, efficient, catalytic leadership and support to ensure the continuity, development, coordination, and execution of the agency’s procurement operations.

Requirements

• Six years of supervision, management, or progressively related experience
• Extensive knowledge of state procurement and grants, to include experience providing management or extensive oversight of state and federal laws and rules
• Ability to effectively collaborate with agency leadership, other agency divisions, and other state agencies such as the Oregon Department of Justice
