Job Description
Children’s Recovery Center of Oklahoma (CRC) is seeking dedicated Mental Health Technicians to provide direct and indirect care to patients in an inpatient setting. The role involves creating a supportive environment, promoting wellness, and assisting in therapeutic activities, as well as de-escalating difficult situations. CRC serves young people in various settings, offering community crisis stabilization and residential treatment for substance abuse and mental health conditions.
Requirements
- Assist in the care of patients in a behavioral health setting.
- Participate in de-escalation efforts.
- Demonstrate effective problem-solving, decision-making, and coping skills.
