As a shift supervisor, you will lead with craft and heart to make your coffeehouse a welcoming space for your community. You will be responsible for leading a team, preparing food and beverages, and interacting with customers.

Requirements

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Available to work flexible hours
• Meet store operating policies and standards
• Six (6) months of experience in a customer-facing role
• Delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating tasks of two (2) or more employees
