Job Description
Company Secretary Assistant position at an international law firm in Hong Kong, handling company secretarial duties, assisting with company formation and deregistration, and conducting industry research.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree with HKICS/ICSA/ACIS student membership or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in company secretarial function, preferably with law/professional firms
- Proficiency in MS Word office application and Chinese word processing is essential
- Experience in using Viewpoint is a plus
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese is mandatory
