Job Description
Staples is seeking a General Manager to lead a team and drive customer relationships and business growth within their retail stores. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a customer-centric approach. Responsibilities include managing merchandise sales, printing services, marketing, and team development.
Requirements
- 1+ year of progressively responsible store management experience in a retail environment
- Store Operations experience with analysis, planning, financial acumen, and driving results
- Experience creating a customer centric environment
- Experience developing a team in operational excellence
- Ability to lift/move materials
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field (preferred)
- Ability to engage with the community (preferred)
