Job Description
As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will lead sales and operational excellence within the store by supervising all aspects of merchandising, freight flow, promotions, and front office tasks. This role involves customer engagement, maintaining brand standards, providing training, and fostering a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will model exemplary sales behaviors and prioritize customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3+ years of prior customer service experience in retail
- 1-2 years of prior supervisory experience with direct accountability
- Strong prioritization, organization, and multi-tasking skills
- Strength and keen eye for visual merchandising
