Retail Operations Supervisor

As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will drive sales and operational excellence, lead by example, and provide engaging customer service. You will oversee all aspects of operational excellence, including inventory and merchandising standards, training and development, communication, health & safety, and administrative duties.

Requirements

• 3+ years of prior customer service experience in retail
• 1-2 years of prior supervisory experience with direct accountability for achieving sales and service targets
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization, organization, and multi-tasking skills
• Strength and keen eye for visual merchandising
