Senior Site Architect

Senior Site Architect responsible for monitoring architectural works, reviewing technical submittals, coordinating with other disciplines, and managing architectural inspectors. 15 years of ME experience required, including 6-8 years in UAE working in international consultant environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• 15 years of ME experience
• 6-8 years in UAE working in international consultant environment
• Healthcare facility project delivery/construction experience preferred
• Strong technical knowledge in exterior envelope details and material interface
• Good knowledge of the UAE building codes
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office business solution (Excel, Word)
• Ability to review and comment properly on necessary documentation
• Knowledge / experience in AUTO CAD
• Excellent understanding of specifications and Authority requirements
• Complete project understanding in given discipline, from start to hand-over
