Job Description
Stantec is seeking a Senior Civil Estimator with a strong background in civil works, transit, healthcare, and nuclear projects. This role involves managing capital projects from inception to completion, requiring strong communication and collaboration skills within a multidisciplinary team. The position focuses on detailed cost estimation, risk assessment, and procurement support.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of costing large civil infrastructure projects.
- Preparation of detailed quantity take-offs and bill of materials.
- Assessment of project changes and claims.
- Coordination of estimating disciplines.
- Provision of innovative solutions.
- Developing procedures and tools.
- Performance cost risk assessment and probabilistic simulations.
- Cost loading and project schedule planning.
