Process Engineer

Standex International is a global industrial growth company seeking a Process Engineer to design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in process engineering, with a focus on manufacturing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience implementing process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex manufacturing issues and implement effective solutions
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects to meet objectives and timelines
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to manufacturing processes
• Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing resource planning
• Proficient in process simulation software and data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
