Senior Quality Technician

Established in 1919, Standard Motor Products, Inc. (SMP) is a leading independent manufacturer and distributor of premium automotive replacement parts. The Senior Quality Technician will be responsible for supervising staff, organizing work processes, and maintaining Quality processes and procedures.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in a Quality environment
• Proficient use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Access
• Ability to collect data for capability studies and Gage R&R Studies
• Strong understanding of capability and Gage R&R indexes and formulas (Sigma, Cpk, Ppk, etc.)
• Ability to create CMM Programs
